Our customer in Hastings, Minnesota is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Treater Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Treater Operator, you will be responsible for operating seed treating and blending equipment, ensuring quality and accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Operate seed treating and blending equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and QMS work instructions.
• Accurately determine seed counts, mix chemicals, and set application rates.
• Monitor and verify treatment accuracy through calibrations, inspections, and quality checks.
• Maintain seed quality, appearance, and product integrity throughout the treatment process.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate treatment inventory.
• Clean, maintain, and assist with upkeep of treating, blending, and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team member to support plant operations.

• Computer skills in spreadsheet and word processing.
• Able to work independently and stay on track.
• Agriculture related work experience.
• Forklift and warehouse experience beneficial.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Pay for Treater Operator:
Starting at $17-$19/hour.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday from 7:00am–3:30pm. During busy season (September-March), shift will extend to 10-12 hours depending on position. (Hours would be 6:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-6:00pm).
