Mill Utility Operator - Rotating Shifts - Union

We are currently looking for Production Associates to grow their careers in:

• Utility Operator
• Bulk Operator
• Elevator Operator
• Warehouse Operator

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day
• Climb ladder, step, and extension
• Lift up to 50lb and exert 20lb of force
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at or below shoulder level
• Perform bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a dust mask
• Work in elevated areas (4ft and above)
• Team members must be clean shaven where respiratory protection such as an N‑95 dust mask is required to ensure a proper seal

Eligible employees assigned to shifts outside of standard business hours receive a shift differential paid in addition to the regular base hourly rate. The differential is included in the calculation of the regular rate for overtime purposes.
