LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible position. Position Type:

Shifts:

Evenings 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM. Days 6:30 PM – 3:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM or Every other weekend Days: 6:30am – 3:00pm.

Wage Range: $27.89 – $36.26 per hour (based on experience)

Location:

930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy
• Documents care using electronic charting systems
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• Strong data collections skills
• 2 years of LPN experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults
