  Every other Sunday 12‑hour night shifts
• Client Specifics: 15‑year‑old with trach, vent, & g‑tube
• Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
• Night & Weekend Bonus Structure:
  You choose the shift. We add the boost.
• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
