Overview
The City of Hastings is hiring full-time seasonal maintenance positions. This is a non-exempt position that typically works from 7 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday, although hours may vary to include some nights or weekends. Employment will run from early May through August.
Position will be Open Until Filled
Priority Review of Applications will be on February 13, 2026
Responsibilities- Grass mowing
- Laying mulch in City parks
- Small landscaping projects
- Using trimmers
- Trash collection
- Field grooming
- Other general park maintenance duties.
- Valid driver''s license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
