Finished Goods Technician

The Finished Goods Technician is responsible for supporting the packaging, labeling, inventory, and quality inspection of finished cannabis products in compliance with state and tribal regulatory requirements and company standards. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role that plays a critical part in ensuring that all finished goods leaving the facility meet the quality, accuracy, and presentation standards expected of Good Steward Cannabis.

The Finished Goods Technician will work with the production, processing, and compliance teams to support daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

This is a hands‑on role and must be comfortable working in Laboratory, Agricultural, and Production environments as well as balancing administrative and operational responsibilities.

• Packaging and Labeling – Accurately process, package, and label finished cannabis products in accordance with state regulations, company SOPs, and brand standards, ensuring all required information is present and correct prior to release.
• Quality Inspection – Perform visual and physical quality checks on finished goods to identify defects, inconsistencies, or non‑conforming products, and elevate issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
• Inventory Tracking and Compliance – Assist in the accurate tracking and logging of finished goods inventory using internal systems and seed‑to‑sale tracking system (e.g., METRC), ensuring all movements and adjustments are recorded in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in agriculture or horticulture preferred.
• Familiarity with plant care, growing techniques, and the cultivation lifecycle is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Knowledge of cultivation compliance requirements preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with electrical control systems for equipment and packaging, with a focus on product safety and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

• Involves interacting with employees in areas with varying temperatures, humidity, lighting, and ventilation, as well as exposure to strong odors, plant material, and agricultural equipment noise.
• Potential exposure to allergens, including pollen and plant material.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Regular walking, standing, and occasional bending or kneeling in operational areas.
• Ability to regularly lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
