• $14 to $16 per hour
• Daytime hours and a predictable schedule
• 10‑15 hours per week
• Paid training
• Mileage and travel time paid between stores

• A self‑starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone comfortable in changing environments
• Someone able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation:
• Standing and walking 3‑8 hrs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• Strong communicator who can build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Hastings, MN 55033 and also services Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, Red Wing, River Falls, and Woodbury, MN

• Cultivating relationships with in‑store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J‑hooks
• Implementing plan‑ograms
