Membership Consultant

Snap Fitness & Alpha 1 Personal Training are looking for a new Membership Consultant to join our team. We are one of the leading clubs in the brand for personal training and group fitness and are a rapidly expanding organization. To keep up with the client demand, we are adding to our administration and operations team.

The position will primarily be for evening hours (after 3 pm) with flexible hours and a few hours on Saturday mornings.

• Conduct sales tours of facility.
• Produce an individual monthly sales plan to achieve preset sales targets and review plan monthly with club manager.
• Active member engagement – both at front desk as well as on the gym floor.
• Marketing outreach and lead generation.
• Lead/prospect follow-up (phone calls, text messaging and e‑mail).
• Maintain notes in accounts.
• Sales of training services, supplements and other merchandise.
• Assist current members with membership account needs such as billing updates, past‑due balance updates, membership changes, insurance changes, membership freeze and cancellation saves.
• Clean, straighten, tidy and organize club as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

These positions would be for our Rosemount club located at 15115 Dove Trail, Apple Valley MN. Hours are flexible, but will primarily be evening and Saturday‑morning focused.
