Do you love finding new business and landing the perfect client? If so, DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a Business Developer. This role's primary responsibility is company growth through qualifying and selling new year-round landscape management services for both the green season (summer) and snow (winter) seasons. This includes all services associated with professional lawn and landscape care as well as snow and ice management needs.
In addition to growing and managing clients, this position will be responsible for improving communication with lead prospects, tailoring negotiating strategies and strengthening our presence at networking events through promoting the company brand. Opportunities for this position are available in the Minneapolis/St.Paul Metropolitan Area.
- Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 Salary Exempt

- Identify new sales leads and present proposals in professional manner, according to company standards.
- Maintain company-owned database of current customer information, prospective customers, and past customers to support the marketing and sales effort.
- Represent the company at various events, organizations, and associations for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new business.
- Acquire new customers by conducting cold calls, door-to-door sales, and networking.
- Proactively research and qualify potential new clients.
- Enhance and strengthen a positive relationship between both current / potential clients and our brand based upon clear and frequent communication, mutual trust, and ability to meet the customer needs.
