A General Duty Deputy serves the community by performing court and building security, prisoner transports, investigating crimes, apprehending criminals, enforcing laws, responding to calls for service, and performing proactive and reactive patrols within Dakota County. Due to several different shifts and rotations within our office, we allow for flexibility and stability. * POST Licensed Deputies will automatically receive an addition $4.00/hr stipend in addition to base wage.- In addition to the $4.00/hr POST stipend Patrol Deputies receive an additional $3.00/hr stipend.
