Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Trillium Construction is seeking Rough Framing Carpenters near Hastings, MN to construct a new wood-framed church addition.

This is a ground-up commercial project involving structural wood framing, wall layout, roof framing, and sheathing.

• Frame exterior and interior wood walls according to blueprints.
• Layout walls, door openings, and window openings.
• Install floor systems, roof trusses, rafters, and engineered framing components.
• Install blocking, backing, and miscellaneous structural framing.
• Sheath walls and roof systems using OSB or plywood.
• Measure, cut, and assemble dimensional lumber.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layout plans.
• Operate framing nailers, circular saws, miter saws, lasers, and standard carpentry tools.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as needed.

Pay:
Up to $30

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week

• Experience framing commercial buildings, churches, schools, multifamily housing, or similar wood-framed structures.
• Recent experience constructing the structural shell of commercial buildings, including wall framing, roof systems, and sheathing
