We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Crew Member who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is ready to learn and grow in the landscape construction industry.

This is a hands‑on position where no two days are exactly alike. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew installing and building outdoor environments for residential, commercial, and municipal customers.

• Assist with landscape construction and installation projects from start to finish
• Prepare job sites, including grading, excavation, soil preparation and material placement
• Install trees, shrubs, plants, mulch, edging and other landscape materials
• Assist with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls and other hardscape features
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively
• Load, unload and move soil, rock, mulch, plants and construction materials
• Assist with drainage, irrigation and other landscape installation projects
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site
• Follow project plans, specifications and direction from the Crew Leader
• Work safely around heavy equipment and moving machinery
• Provide a professional experience for customers and coworkers

• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in Minnesota weather
• Comfortable lifting, carrying and moving 50lbs + materials throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Previous landscape construction, hardscape, excavation or outdoor construction experience is preferred
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors or other equipment is a plus
• Smartphone required

• Competitive base pay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
