What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, forklifts, pallet trucks, and related machinery
Supporting facility systems, including water tanks, chillers, compressors, oil temperature controllers, filters, and electrical systems in compliance with national codes
Performing fabrication and welding work (machinery components, gates, guards, etc.)Operating shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
Assisting with general facility upkeep, such as replacing bulbs/ballasts, moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and maintaining exterior areas
Tracking daily activities, parts usage, and maintenance records in our ERP system
Partnering with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Supporting and following our Quality Management System (QMS) standards
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute their technical skills.
Qualifications include:1–2 year technical degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Machine Shop, Hydraulics, Water Treatment Systems, or Power Transmission– OR –5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics
Good organizational and basic math skills
Comfortable using computers and maintenance tracking systems
Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
Reliable, regular attendance and a strong safety mindset
