Full Time | $18 to $20/hour

Valence Supply Co. supplies professional concrete coating contractors with the products and materials they need to run their businesses. We're a small team, so we value people who are dependable, organized, willing to help, and take pride in doing things correctly.

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to help with the day to day work of receiving, organizing, and shipping products from our Eagan warehouse.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Prepare orders for UPS, freight, and customer pickup
• Receive deliveries and put inventory away
• Label products and boxes correctly
• Keep inventory and orders organized
• Help load and unload deliveries
• Keep the warehouse clean, swept, and orderly
• Help customers picking up orders
• Complete basic shipping and inventory tasks on a computer
• Let the team know immediately when an order, shipment, or inventory issue needs attention

You do not need extensive warehouse experience. We care more about how you work.

You should be:

• Reliable and on time
• Value an organized space, clean.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to follow a process and complete tasks without cutting corners
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Able to regularly lift and move 50 lb buckets and other warehouse materials
• Willing to keep your workspace clean and organized throughout the day

Warehouse, shipping, forklift, or pallet jack experience is helpful, but not required. We can train the right person.

• Pay: $18 to $20/hour, depending on experience.
