Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay: $50,000–$75,000+ annually
Pay Type: Guaranteed Hourly Rate + Productivity Bonus
Connot Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Hastings, NE, with $50,000–$75,000+ annual earning potential through a guaranteed hourly rate plus productivity bonus. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and includes health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. Technicians work alongside experienced ASE Master Technicians in a clean, organized shop with opportunities for continued technical training.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repairs
- Diagnose electrical, A/C, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Complete engine, transmission, suspension, and steering repairs
- Perform light-duty diesel repairs as needed
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Auto Vitals
- Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment
- Professional automotive repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle systems
- Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own professional automotive tools
- Auto Vitals and Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- $50,000–$75,000+ annual earning potential
- Guaranteed hourly rate plus productivity bonus
- Compensation within the stated range is based on relevant experience, certifications, demonstrated skills, productivity, and the employer's approved pay structure
