What The Job Is

CPI is looking for someone who has experience and/or education in daily grain operations performed by various locations using CPI’s accounting systems with responsibilities of accumulation and organizing freight tickets and invoices, assisting logistics and merchandising with freight tracking and communication, reconciling of the farm grain including freight and balancing of the on-line transactions to CPI accounting systems. The Grain Logistics Specialist will also prepare month-end and year-end grain reports as directed by the CPI Administration, provide reports for audits and be responsible for reviewing and settling grain freight.

The ideal candidate will have a solid mathematical aptitude, work well with others or independently, adapt to change well and be someone with a strong business mindset. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed.

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of High School or GED and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
