Bank Teller - Hastings

We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Teller who takes pride in doing things right and treating people well.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while answering questions and resolving concerns
• Identify customer needs and refer bank products and services when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer information
• Support account relationships through consistent, positive customer interactions

• Previous cash handling, retail, customer service, or banking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Basic computer and math skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
