Clerical Staff - Causal PositionsWe acknowledge and honour the land on which we reside and occupy as part of the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe people. Rateof Pay
- $25.07/hr - $28.18/hr

- Perform secretarial and clerical duties as assigned by supervisor which may include any or all of the following: reception, word processing, filing, duplicating, processing mail and ensuring integrity of information is maintained.
- Ensure Safe School Arrival by confirming attendance and monitoring attendance patterns.
- Respond promptly to all incoming communications and inquiries.
- Organize, maintain and update student records using student database (office index cards, enrollment forms, student transfers, O.S.R.s).
- One‑year college diploma or equivalent to obtain clerical skills.
- Up to one year combined related experience and on‑the‑job training to become familiar with board policies and procedures.
- Excellent computer and word processing skills.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Aspen is an asset.
