• Perform secretarial and clerical duties as assigned by supervisor which may include any or all of the following: reception, word processing, filing, duplicating, processing mail and ensuring integrity of information is maintained.
• Ensure Safe School Arrival by confirming attendance and monitoring attendance patterns.
• Respond promptly to all incoming communications and inquiries.
• Organize, maintain and update student records using student database (office index cards, enrollment forms, student transfers, O.S.R.s).

• One‑year college diploma or equivalent to obtain clerical skills.
• Up to one year combined related experience and on‑the‑job training to become familiar with board policies and procedures.
• Excellent computer and word processing skills.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Aspen is an asset.
