Overview

Hastings Public Schools, a state and Nebraska Continuous Improvement accredited PreK-12 public school system located in south-central Nebraska serving approximately 3,500 students, is accepting applications for the position of Hawthorne Elementary School Principal.

• Serve as the instructional leader for a diverse kindergarten through fifth grade elementary school.
• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to promote exceptional learning and data-driven improvement.
• Maintain a professional learning community culture throughout the school.

• Master’s Degree or higher; required.
• Proper administrative certification in Nebraska, or be eligible for it.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
