Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate impactful on and off-campus admissions events, including Bronco Visit Days and group visits.

* Strategically plan events to maximize recruitment efforts.

* Build relationships and guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process.

* Demonstrate familiarity of curricular and co-curricular areas of the College in order to assist prospective students and their families.

* Supervise all Student Worker - Tour Guides including, assisting in hiring, scheduling coverage, and accurate payroll.

* Host campus visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

* Maintain expertise in admissions and financial aid processes.

* Oversee the admissions office hospitality area and perform administrative duties.

Education & Experience:

* Associate's degree in event planning or a related field plus one year of relevant experience in event planning or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
