Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – PEDIATRIC - Hastings, NE

Go Physical Therapy Children’s Rehab Center is seeking a Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our GO Kids team in Hastings, NE. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy to children with communication, language, and feeding challenges. As a therapist‑owned company, we value creativity, collaboration, and family‑centered care while supporting every child’s progress and potential.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communication disorders, speech‑language pathology assisting, or a related field
  • Eligible for registration as a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant in Nebraska
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a Nebraska‑licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy and family‑centered care
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Provide engaging, goal‑directed therapy sessions for children with speech, language, and feeding disorders
  • Support data collection and report progress to the supervising SLP
  • Educate parents and caregivers on home strategies as directed by the SLP
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
