Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance per care plan;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises using safe techniques;
Support meal service and dining experience, including food preparation assistance as needed;
Document resident interactions and changes, communicate with charge nurse, and support wellness/recreational programs
