Occupational Therapist

Role:

Occupational Therapist responsible for coordinating and delivering therapy services tailored to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on patient evaluations and data collection.
• Using therapeutic activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
• Providing direct therapy in various functional settings, aligned with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports as required.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Building rapport and collaborating with team members and supervising interns.
• Participating in department program development and ongoing professional growth.

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
