We are seeking an experienced Mainframe QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, and Mainframe Testing to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test strategies across enterprise mainframe and modern web applications.

• 7+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation framework.
• Experience with Playwright using JavaScript/Type Script.
• Solid understanding of Mainframe Testing (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM).
• Experience validating batch jobs, file processing, and online transactions.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira and ALM.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca and Playwright.
• Validate end‑to‑end business processes across Mainframe and web‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Execute batch and online transaction testing in Mainframe environments.
• Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Validate data integrity across DB2 and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain test execution reports and defect metrics.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing initiatives.

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
• Exposure to Jenkins, Git, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions.
• Knowledge of Service Virtualization and API Automation.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud and legacy modernization programs.
• Tosca Automation Certification is highly preferred.

• Experience with Selenium, UFT, or Worksoft.
• Knowledge of MQ Series and Mainframe middleware testing.
• Familiarity with test data management and service virtualization tools.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as Load Runner or JMeter.
