Systems Administrator, IT Support, Technical Support
Our partner is a growing technology organization that designs, hosts, and supports hundreds of customer-facing Word Press websites, helping businesses maintain secure, reliable online experiences while continuing to modernize its hosting infrastructure. They're adding another technical professional to help strengthen day-to-day hosting operations and support their continued growth.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real infrastructure problems, keeping production environments healthy, and working across a variety of technical challenges rather than focusing on a single specialty.
The environment is operational by nature and highly hands‑on. One day may involve troubleshooting a DNS issue or investigating a website outage, while the next could include launching a new customer website, renewing SSL certificates, resolving Linux server issues, or supporting a Word Press environment. Success comes from curiosity, ownership, and the ability to diagnose problems quickly while balancing multiple priorities.
