Good Samaritan Society - The Courtyard [Maintenance Technician] As an Associate Maintenance Mechanic at Good Samaritan Society, you'll:
Be responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks completed under supervision in a safe, professional manner;
Take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of children;
Perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations;
Perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance.
