** Able to properly inspect, load and unload the paint system*

** Able to properly prepare parts for the paint system (sanding, plugging, eye bolts, etc)*

** Able to load, unload and operate the burn-off oven*

** Understand and follow the work instructions and quality standards for the department*

** Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs)*
