Machine Operator II; 2nd Shift

On‑Site (5 days) in our manufacturing facility.

• Set‑up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components, and/or assemblies.

• Demonstrate the ability to read and understand TK prints for the specific department.
• Demonstrate the ability to use measuring equipment for the specific department.
• Take the Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
• Demonstrate the ability to set‑up and run basic operations with assistance.
• Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment).

• Successful completion of introductory period (6 months).
• Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals.
• Supports and demonstrates a well‑organized, safe and clean workplace.
• Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement.
• Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible.
• Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems.

Hourly base pay: $23.70 per hour.
