* Essential Functions:

** Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.

** High school diploma or GED  Blueprint Reading  Precision Tools and Measuring

* Certifications:

• Scrap Dollars  
• Rejected and/or reworked parts
** Minimum Qualifications**  ❑ Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.  ❑ Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.  ❑ Take

Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.  ❑ Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance  Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process  
• Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)  
• Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals

• Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement  
• Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible  
• Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems

• Responsive to internal and external customer needs
** Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)**  ❑ Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance:
Press brakes,  CNC punches, and  laser machines. (  if applicable)  ❑ Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.  ❑ Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate.  ❑ Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.  ❑ Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs).年度基本薪資範圍或時薪基本薪資範圍:$23.70薪酬類型Hourly符合獎勵資
