Entry Level Production - VNE

Position Overview

Vulcraft Nebraska, a division of Nucor, is seeking semi‑skilled production and support staff for its operations in Norfolk, NE. The role does not require prior manufacturing experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Assist in production and support duties for steel manufacturing operations.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks as required.
• Work in any shift (day, swing, or night) as assigned.
• Follow all safety practices, policies, and procedures, and maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Physical ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and perform physically demanding activities.
• Willingness to work any shift and comply with a drug‑free workplace policy.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic English communication skills, with some portions of the hiring process offered in Spanish.
