• TIG weld metal components to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints, welding diagrams, or layouts
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them for final welding
• Perform welds that meet quality and tolerance specifications
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and protractors to ensure precise work
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Must pass a TIG weld test
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong math skills to handle measurements, fractions, decimals, and tolerances
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand, sit, bend, kneel, or crouch as needed
• Steel-toed boots required

• Consistent daytime schedule, Monday Friday
