This role plays a key part in coordinating shift startup, supporting scheduling efforts, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines and perform machine setups as required.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify first-piece inspections and ensure operators complete check sheets accurately.
• Maintain daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating workflow and scheduling during shifts.
• Provide guidance and support to a team of 10–15 operators.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure efficient operation.
• Train and mentor machine operators (A, B, and C levels).
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain awareness to prevent injury.
• Support implementation and maintenance of 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Assist operators with equipment setup, including gages.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding production, personnel, and improvement opportunities.
• Review and update time and attendance records in Job Boss.
• Complete Time Variance Forms when the supervisor is absent.

Pay: $21.75-$28.50 DOE

Shift: 1st Monday
-Thursday, some Fridays for Overtime may be required

Hours:

5:00am-3:30pm
