Production skills trainer is a part-time position that is responsible for developing workforce skills, ensuring safety compliance, and improving employee performance in a manufactured construction environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train employees on equipment operation, construction methods, production processes, and company procedures, workplace safety standards.
- Ensure employees understand and follow safe work practices.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Assess employee skill levels and identify training needs.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
