The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing execution by helping turn ideas into action. This role is the operational glue of our marketing efforts—supporting digital campaigns, content creation, events, reporting, and brand consistency. You ll also assist with scheduling and light customer service as needed.

• Execute and support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media)
• Manage content calendars and assist with content creation
• Coordinate events, vendors, and media outreach
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics
• Support branding initiatives, research, and marketing projects
• Assist with scheduling and customer service tasks as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social, email)
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Hub Spot), CMS (Word Press), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on data
• Creative problem-solver with attention to detail

• Part-time: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
