** Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

** Your Role
*** Provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center
* Utilize EPIC electronic medical records
* Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs
* Monday through Friday daytime coverage with shared night‐float rotation (Thursday‐to‐Thursday, weekdays 12‐hour shifts, weekends 24‐hour shifts, 30‐minute response time, two post‐rotation days off)
* Seven weeks off annually, plus post‐night‐float days off
* Engage in quality improvement efforts and community involvement
* Participate in quality initiatives and community engagement
** Qualifications
* ** Current Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
* Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
