In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values the importance of keeping mothers and their newborns together, promoting skin‑to‑skin care, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. With 10 spacious private LDRP rooms and a focus on teamwork, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of families during one of their most important moments.
- Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a 1:1 laboring nurse ratio
- Circulate during C‑sections and assist with antepartum care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation counselors and maternity educators
- Utilize strong IV skills and work with the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System
- Float to NICU for feeders and growers as needed
- Participate in floor‑specific orientation and ongoing professional development
- Current RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required; FHM preferred
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Strong C‑section and IV skills required
- Ability to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday
