Are you a licensed Home Care CNA in Lincoln, Rhode Island? Care Co Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to provide high-quality in‑home care to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work one‑on‑one with clients and make a meaningful, personal impact every day. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $30 an hour.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Immediate start available
• Consistent daytime hours

• Care Coverage:
  Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
• Client Outreach:
  Act as a Care Co ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
• Adaptability:
  Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.

• Compassion and kindness with a genuine commitment to quality care
• Prior experience in PCA or CNA roles within in‑home care settings
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow care plans
• Flexibility to adjust schedules and work weekends as needed
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude

• Valid CNA certification
• Two forms of valid identification
• Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
• Attendance at a mandatory, paid in‑person orientation
