CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to support patients on PAH therapies, delivering infusion training and clinical guidance. Based in Omaha, NE, you will travel across NE, IA, MN, ND, SD, WY and occasional AZ/CO/ UT to care for patients at home.
You will collaborate with physicians and nursing teams, manage on-call rotations, and leverage strong clinical skills, CPR certification, and licensure to advance patient care in a dynamic home-infusion setting.
