Full Time Job Shift: Day Responsible for coordinating all departments, warehouse, and delivery in conjunction with Delivery & Installations (D&I) Manager. Responsible for workflows and inventories. Work closely with D&I Manager to ensure the day-to‑day store activities function smoothly. Provide assistance for retail customer traffic, stocking merchandise, and keeping customer facing area neat and orderly.

• Coordinate project installations with sales representative, installation crew and client
• Coordinate with Vendors on Reorders, Warranties, Damaged product etc.
• Accurately invoice products for location

• Assist, follow up and sell to instore customers
• Hand off customers to territory rep as appropriate
• Assist in floor displays merchandising, ordering, demos, and inventory as necessary

• Provide excellent customer service and communication as it relates to supporting sales team
• Partner in a team approach with sales, management, and manufacturers to satisfy customers' needs
• Manage location inventory
• Reconcile daily financial activity in POS

• High School or equivalent
• College courses desirable
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Scheduling experience desired
• Furniture warranty work helpful
• 6 months office experience preferred
• Shipping/receiving experience helpful

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds repeatedly during the workday
