Counter Sales Representative
We have a great opportunity for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team! The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products. In addition, assist customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. The Counter Sales Representative also assists with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
ShiftMonday – Friday 7am – 5pm
We're looking for associates who- Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
- Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow‑up calls.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
- Minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
- Effective communication, organization and teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
- Basic problem‑solving and computer skills.
- Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
