• Maintain product knowledge and market and promote new products.
• Assist customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
• Use ERP software to track and fulfill sales orders, including picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow‑up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
• Create and maintain a positive working environment, safe and clean workplace.

• High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
• Minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Effective communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and computer skills.
• Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting assignment.
