Coffee Customer Representative - First Choice Vending - Hastings

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM.

Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to distribute Township 9 Coffee products and drive sales growth within an assigned route. Responsibilities include promoting product offerings, executing merchandising standards, and ensuring all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.

Essential Job Functions

• Place orders and complete sales transactions for all products
• Ensure customers are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed to maximize sales, including effective use of point-of-purchase materials and appropriate product selection
• Communicate directly with store managers to highlight product features and benefits
• Promote and sell new and existing products by leveraging Company programs, promotions, and advertising
• Provide comprehensive service to accounts, including rotating stock and maintaining equipment cleanliness
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Verify the truck is properly loaded at the start of each shift and confirm the load sheet matches the inventory
• Confirm inventory accuracy for both truck and warehouse stock on a daily and monthly basis
• Settle accounts daily by balancing charge and cash sales and depositing cash
• Maintain and clean Company vehicles, promptly report any mechanical issues to management or fleet maintenance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Basic proficiency with handheld devices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Demonstrated attention to detail

Working Environment

Work is primarily performed in warehouse and customer account environments, with frequent travel to customer locations. Individuals must be able to operate a handheld device.
