As a Security Officer Patrol in Hastings, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech-focused location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication and customer service.

In this role, you will bring reliability, integrity, and teamwork to each shift while contributing to a people‑first culture that values agility and innovation.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control, visitor processing, and after‑hours coverage needs while adapting to changing conditions and priorities across the location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
