Job Summary

Brand Safway is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Hastings, Nebraska. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment in support of site operations. This is a local position; no per diem or relocation assistance is offered.

• Operate heavy equipment safely and productively in accordance with company and site safety policies.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including front‑end loaders and road graders.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operations around personnel, structures, and utilities.
• Follow job site plans and directions from supervisors and site management.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements.

• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Ability to safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.
• Must be able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
