* Brand Safway is seeking a  
** Heavy Equipment Operator
** to join our team in Hastings, Nebraska. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment in support of site operations. This is a local position; no per diem or relocation assistance is offered.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner in accordance with company and site safety policies

+ Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

+ Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to:

- Front-end loader

- Road grader

+ Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operations around personnel, structures, and utilities

+ Follow job site plans and directions from supervisors and site management

+ Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements

** Qualifications*
* + OSHA 10 certification required

+ Ability to safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment

+ Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures

+ Must be able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
