Road Mechanic
The Road mechanic/technician role performs preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and advanced repairs on equipment at customers’ locations in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment. Specialty lines may feature large-scale power‑generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil & gas related equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis and advanced repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
- Maintain knowledge of our fleet, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC and oil & gas equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 1-2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas) strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. 21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations.
- Must provide mechanic’s tools of trade (may be required).
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.92 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
