Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) currently has an opening for a self‑motivated full‑time Maintenance person to join our team in Hastings, NE!

• Monitor, repair, and maintain plumbing, pipe fitting, and gearboxes for the entire facility.
• Perform welding, torch, and plasma cutting in order to complete various repairs.
• Complete daily paperwork, including equipment inspection and location parts for other departments.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and complete repairs when appropriate.
• Maintain plant sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in a mechanically related field or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand computer printouts and equipment specifications.
• Skilled in operating a forklift, bobcat, and end‑loader.
• Skilled in using hand tools including screwdriver, hammer, drill, and pliers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
