Industrial Communications West in Grand Island, Nebraska, seeks a seasoned field supervisor to direct installation and maintenance of wireless radio and antenna systems on towers and rooftops. You will lead crews, ensure safety and quality, and manage timelines and materials.
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in wireless telecom, 2–4 years in supervision, and certifications including OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, RF safety. Ability to travel up to 75% with strong rigging and BOM skills is required.
