Brand Safway is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team in Hastings, Nebraska. This role is responsible for providing general site support and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in support of site operations. This is a local position; no per diem or relocation assistance is offered.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties in accordance with company and site safety policies
- Maintain cleanliness of office trailers, work areas, and common spaces
- Collect and dispose of trash and debris throughout the job site
- Assist with traffic control by setting up and removing cones, barricades, and other site control devices
- Perform snow and ice removal, grounds maintenance, and general site upkeep activities
- Refill and maintain water stations and other site support resources as needed
- Serve as a spotter for trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to support safe site operations
- Assist with office trailer setup, relocation, and basic site preparations
- Follow job site plans and directions from supervisors and site management
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to perform general construction labor and site support activities
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
