General Laborers

K2 Trenchless in Lincoln, NE is looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
We have immediate openings for full-time General Laborers that are willing to travel. Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Employees in this position perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. This may include operating hand and power tools of all types, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up waste materials, and assisting other craft workers.

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Mechanical and/or welding skills a plus
• Ability to operate equipment a plus
• Dependable and hard working
• Physically able to climb, lift and bend repeatedly during an 8 to 10 hour shift
• A positive and professional attitude
• Ability to comply with all safety rules

• Standing
• Walking
• Climbing, stooping and bending
• Periodic lifting of 50 to 75 pounds
• Duties may require working from heights

• All work is performed outside in heat, cold and inclement weather
• Exposure to all elements of nature
